Little Caesars enters apparel market with collegiate athletic wear line

Little Caesars has launched its first athletic wear collection, titled LC Athletics, Nation's Restaurant News and Crain's Detroit Business reported. The company stated that the line features a vintage, collegiate-prep design style. The collection includes Vintage 59 apparel pieces that pay homage to the founding year of the pizza chain. To promote the brand, several National Football League players will showcase pieces from the LC Athletics collection as they arrive at upcoming games starting this weekend, Nation's Restaurant News reported. Crain's Detroit Business also reported that the pizza chain planned an NFL promotional campaign for the apparel line. [1][3][6]

According to Nation's Restaurant News, the professional football players wearing the collection include San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle, Los Angeles Rams cornerback Trent McDuffie, and Kansas City Chiefs center Creed Humphrey. [1][3]
