The Coca-Cola Company has raised its full-year earnings forecast after reporting higher profit and revenue in the third quarter ended October 2, 2026. According to Food Business News, chief executive officer Henrique Braun cited operational speed and discipline as key factors in navigating an uneven market environment. The update marks the third consecutive quarter that the beverage manufacturer has upgraded its full-year guidance. [1]
Food Business News reported that Coca-Cola net income for the third quarter rose 8% to 4.01 billion dollars, or 93 cents per share, compared to 3.7 billion dollars, or 86 cents per share, in the prior-year period. Net revenue expanded 7% to 13.38 billion dollars, up from 12.46 billion dollars in the same quarter last year. [1]
As FTMQ Food reported earlier, the company saw a 5% increase in unit volume alongside a 7% rise in organic revenue during the quarter. The business maintains its position as the most valuable non-alcoholic beverage brand in 2026 with a valuation of 46.08 billion dollars. John Stith Pemberton originally developed the carbonated drink in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1886. [4][5][6]
Food Business News reported that Coca-Cola now expects comparable earnings per share for fiscal 2026 to grow by at least 11%. This project surpasses its previous target range of 9% to 10% growth. However, market analysts previously cautioned that persistent inflation and consumer affordability headwinds could weigh on broader industry expansion entering 2027. [1][5]
In short
- Coca-Cola net income reached 4.01 billion dollars in the third quarter ended October 2, 2026.
- Quarterly net revenue grew 7% to 13.38 billion dollars.
