Kraft Heinz is adjusting its product content strategy to prepare for artificial intelligence shopping agents, Food Navigator reported. The food giant is building automated workflows, flexible product titles, and human review systems to maintain visibility as search shifts away from traditional retail shelves and search engines. [1]

Ashley Becker, vice president of global ecommerce capabilities at Kraft Heinz, stated that evolving search models require packaged goods brands to establish more sophisticated data systems. Becker discussed the strategic shift in a conversation with Lauren Livak Gilbert, executive director of the Digital Shelf Institute. [1]

The operational updates come as the company plans to enter a new product category. According to Food Navigator, Kraft Heinz will launch Kraft Mac and Cheese Cheesy Ramen in early 2027. [1]

Kraft Dinner was first marketed in several American states in 1936 and expanded to Canada in late 1937. The packaged product traditionally features dried macaroni pasta and processed cheese powder inside a cardboard box. [2]
