Canadian frozen food producer McCain Foods has agreed to acquire the frozen potato processing business of India-based Falcon Agrifriz Foods, Just Food reported on 12 October 2026. BusinessLine and ET Retail also reported that the transaction includes Falcon Agrifriz's potato processing operations based in the Indian state of Gujarat. [1][3][4]
