Food Business News reported that Mondelez International achieved profitability improvements and strong top line gains in the third quarter of fiscal 2026. The performance keeps the Chicago based company on track to hit its financial targets for the full year. [1][2]

According to Food Business News, underlying volume and mix grew by 1.8 percentage points during the quarter. Chief executive officer Dirk Van de Put stated that this represents the strongest quarterly volume result for the business in almost three years. [1]

The company moved from significant volume declines a year ago to flat or positive growth across all four of its market regions. Food Business News reported that Van de Put attributed the rebound to commercial execution and investments focused on consumers. [1]
