Michelin Guide unveils 2027 selection for Manila and Cebu

The Michelin Guide unveiled the second edition of the Michelin Guide Manila and Environs and Cebu 2027 during a ceremony at the Manila Marriott Hotel in Newport World Resorts, LionhearTV reported. The new selection features 127 recommended establishments in total across the regions. [1]

The new guide also includes 31 Bib Gourmand establishments, with eight new entries and two promoted venues, according to LionhearTV. Additionally, 86 venues were named as Michelin-Selected restaurants, including 18 new additions. A new establishment named FLOW has joined the selection. [1]

There are 10 restaurants in the Philippines that hold a Michelin-star rating under the 2027 guide. Lifestyle Asia reported that an official after-party was hosted at The Whisky Library following the ceremony, while Lokmat Times noted that the latest awards highlight local culinary talent across Manila and Cebu.
